Twenty years of refinement. Self-hosted or in our cloud. Made by people, not pipelines.
I started UserScape in 2005 with one good idea and no outside money. Twenty years later, both of those things are still true.
We've never taken venture funding. When your customers pay your bills and your investors don't, you build differently. You ship the thing your team actually needs. You stay around long enough for your software to matter.
HelpSpot is the longest-running thing we make. Some of our customers have been with us for 18+ years, on systems they own, that we've quietly improved a thousand times over. LaraJobs is how we connect Laravel companies with engineers — a community we've helped foster for more than a decade. Outro is what we're building next, for podcasters who want to take their show seriously.
That's the whole company. A small team, a few products we're proud of, customers we know by name. We get up and keep building — the same way we did the first day.
— Ian Landsman, founder
We've been part of the Laravel ecosystem since its earliest days — investing in the community and founding Laracon in 2013 with Taylor Otwell.
